when I install an application on Google Chrome and I launch it, it crashes and a message appears (This application has a Bug). Please tell me how to force launch applications that have bugs.

Chrome is a browser. You can't install apps on it. I'm guessing you downloaded an apk and tried installing it, correct?

Which device are you using?, try downloading apps from Playstore or Galaxy Store ( if you're a Samsung user),,,

Usually apps from chrome or any not downloaded from Playstore or Galaxy Store have high risk of viruses etc

Maybe Auto Blocker is enabled on your phone's settings,it also block apps downloaded from unauthorized sources

Try to download your application From Playstore if it's not there try to get it from these websites :
