Charging issues

Hi.. i recently bought damsung a16 4G 128 gb 4Gb ram everything is well and good, it performs exelent for its price , but am having an issue it just occured yesterday i thought it would just get back to normal but no, so my fast charging option no longer works even when its turend on , now it takes 2 h 10/20 minutes to be fully chargerd meanwhile two days ago it was just a matter of 1h 14 minutes ... how can i fix this issue

You can take it back and tell them the issue. The phone has a warranty so they have to fix it

Maybe the problem is your charger

I'm facing the same issue as well, I'm thinking it's this patch that is buggy because my computer doesn't recognize it anymore

A bought my a56 8 months ago & I have the same problem after software update rather go buy you original 45w adapter &5A type C cable ,just wait for new software update or take the phone back
