Hey A34 users. Need help!

I have Samsung A34 5g. As we know the phone has OIS camera which removes shakes when capturing pictures or videos. But OIS doesnt work when using apps like whatsapp, instagram or snapchat. Videos feel jittery and no OIS is working. OIS is working only when using the samsung camera app. Is everyone else is facing the same issue? Or is the issue is with only my phone?

Record video not image. And if possible can you share both videos?. One using samsung camera. And another video using whatsapp camera
