If you had turned on cloud data encryption, a recovery code was given to you at that time. This code is extremely important and should have been written down and stored safely outside the device.
If you stored this recovery code only in the cloud or on the same device, you will not be able to access it anymore after the factory reset of device. However, if you stored it externally (like on paper or in a secure physical location), you can use it to regain access.
Unfortunately, there is no way to recover the recovery code once it's lost. Samsung does not store your code due to their strict security policies related to encrypted cloud data.
If you no longer have access to the recovery code, the only solution is to create a new Samsung account.
If this information helped you, don’t forget to tap the three-dot menu in the top right corner of this post and select "Accept solution"

If you have lost your recovery code and still have access to a device that is logged into your Samsung account and has Enhanced Data Protection enabled for Samsung Cloud, you might be able to generate a new recovery code. Here's how:
* Go to Settings on your Samsung device.
* Tap Security and privacy.
* Tap More security settings (or a similar option, depending on your device's software version).
* Tap Enhanced data protection.
* Tap Encrypt backup data.
* You might see an option to Generate recovery code or Change recovery code. If you see "Change recovery code," you can generate a new one, but the old one will become invalid. Make sure to save the new code securely.

I think that to generate a new recovery code, the old one is required to be entered first.
