Are you referring to when connecting via USB device.

That it is not displaying that it is connected?

Yes . It does not connect even if I'm using a new OTG .it does not work

Try a different cable. Some cables are only charging compatible and not compatible for data transfer. Use the cable that came with your phone.

If you no longer have it. Buy one that supports both data transfer and charging.
