Galaxy AHi everyone,
I hope someone can help me with a serious issue I'm facing with my Samsung phone. Yesterday, I turned off my phone, but it somehow turned back on automatically. But my phone failed to boot up normally and took me to the recovery mode screen. Here’s what I see:
Reboot Recovery Cause is [system_server:14611 RecoverySystemRescueParty]
E:[libfs_mgr] Unable to disable quotas on /dev/block/bootdevice/by-name/userdata because /system/bin/tune2fs is missing
Reason is [RescueParty]
Supported API: 3
Steps I've Tried:
- Reboot System Now: Didn’t work, phone goes back to the same recovery screen.
- Wipe Cache Partition: Tried this, but still no luck.
- Try Again: This option just restarts the phone and brings me back to the same screen
After a few attempts, I got this additional screen suggesting:
- Try again
- Erase app data (says it may allow the phone to start in Safe Mode)
- Visit a service center
I haven’t tried "Erase app data" yet because I’m worried about losing important data. I need advice on how to proceed without losing my data if possible. If anyone has encountered this issue or has any insights, I would greatly appreciate your help.
Phone Model: Samsung A70

Galaxy ASo you may try to update by adb ( if available)
Or by power off and try to turn on
But best option will be visiting to the service center if you don't have exact knowledge
