Galaxy A72 heats up when plug it on charging, please help any solution??

Heating while fast charging is normal,but if device getting too hot..then get it checked

I faced same problem on initial purchase. Please remove your back cover or Trun off Fast Charge option from battery settings.

Yes, Fast charge mode has device hitting issue. Trun it off while charging.
