Heating issues/warmness issues

Hello 👋🏻, there are many heating issues/warmness issues in the device Samsung Galaxy A35 5G. By doing some basic work also, the phone heats up very quickly in no time. So can we expect that this issues can be resolved by the company by providing software update?

Also why the brightness level changing option for AOD is not showing on my Samsung Galaxy A35 5G device in Lockstar in Goodlock app?

Also this device has a lot of heating issues, is it advisable to put on a wrap or skin on this device to avoid scratches or the skin/wrap will damage the body due to heat? Please help.

Yes having the same issue overheating I'm hitting 47°c on basic stuff I got the phone 3 days now an I'm beginning to regret buying it. All though others say it's a new device an it should be fixed as quick as there can.

I bought the Samsung Galaxy A35 5G Mobile Yesterday (17-May-24) for my Son and immediately did the Software update. Still the phone is hot like a Pan!! both on the Screen and on the Back Cover on the upper half of the phone!.. Thought Samsung is a reliable Brand but this time I lost faith on them. Not Worth the Money!!

Samsung a35 normal room temperature use the mobile very hot .....given service center there are says it's a normal heating.........but this not normal heating...I have to use just 10 minutes this mobile as very hot...so please solve this problem. Thanking you
