Heating issue

In A35 phone is getting heat after watching video in high resolution. Then it is shifiting to 4g also. I think samsung need to fix it through update. And battery optimisation could have been better.

Look it is a kind of request message to samsung. We just raise our problem through our community post. And the final call is in the hand of samsung how they want to manage it.

We all can't afford money for 'S' series. That's why samsung should look into their midrange and upper midrange phones. 

I think samsung would take this message with great sympathy and will take a positive steps regarding these problems

Currently I'm using 2 sims in a35, but unable to differentiate from which sim calls are coming because of no proper sign of sim1 or sim2 ..
Is it some kind of glitch or it's a feature?

It is a feature. But I think its need to change. Atleast should give a option of sim 1 and 2. Then user will decide which symbol they want to use

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue and wait for next update may be fix it by Samsung team soon. I know brother accept solution is your need for your upgradation. But when I will post error report then how can I show them my mobile temparature at the same time. I have no mobile temperature measurement instrument.

You should kindly wait for the next update, UI 7.0. They will definitely solve your heating issue.

I found many issues in SAMSUNG A35 phone over heating, lag and hanging for multiple apps and highly battery consuming
I request to samsung please check the and solve this problems

Heating is there but no such problem about hanging. Please restart your mobile 3-4 times in a week, and clean up memory from device care once per day and look device care if there showing optimise now or scan your phone. Do these things, hopefully you will get better result. Otherwise visit sevice centre if there any other problems

only android 15 update and UI 7.0 can save A35 from becoming worst A series phone.
