Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue and wait for next update may be fix it by Samsung team soon. If you like please accept as a solution it's help to others users also, click on 3dots in my reply section and click on accept solution. Thanks.

Greetings from Samsung Customer Support!

We regret to hear about your experience with our product. Please believe that this is not a usual occurrence.

Please perform the below-mentioned troubleshooting steps, these may help in resolving your concern.

1. Turn off Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth, and other connectivity features when not using them.
2. Decrease the screen brightness.
3. Close background running apps.
4. Uninstall the unnecessary apps.
5. Reduce long duration of graphics intensive gaming sessions as it may cause heating issue.
6. Avoid usage of mobile phone when charging.

7. Update software: Go to Settings > Software update > Download and install > Checking for software update > Software update available > Tap on Download > Downloading updates > Tap on Install now.
Note: Your phone will restart after the update is installed.

8. If the issue is still not been resolved, Reset the device:
IMPORTANT:
• Kindly create data backup of your device via SMART switch mobile application or http://www.samsung.com/in/support/smartswitch pc suite.
• Remember google password before resetting the device because it is required during initial setup.
• If you do not remember it, then reset, (Forgot password) your google account.
• For this:
• Open Gmail (https://accounts.google.com/servicelogin) > forgot password >Select ""try another way"" > Next > Enter a new password > Next.

Please follow the below steps to reset the device:
Settings > General Management > Reset > Temporary cloud backup or External storage backup > tap on Factory data reset (This will erase all data, including files and downloaded apps)

If the issue still persists, after performing all troubleshooting steps, would request you to please visit the service center. Below is the link to find nearest service center

my phone heats even in ac room even during non use . no background major apps. not a gamer. just casual user . at 60hz refresh rate too. social media only using. 1.5yr passed waiting how 2more year pass and change the device. cant wait more. next no samsung. although user experiemce is great i love oneui but heating and slow charging makes it non considerable.and also poor ram management dont even open apps like file manager after 1 hour. what is the value of my 8gb ram then?

Proper update version hona chahiye and if your phone is updated then kuch gadbad hai phone me, jaldi se service center jao bhai. Mere phone me to 1.5 saal me 2nd time heat issue Mila hai

koi issue nhin bhai. samsung ka bimari he ye. only in summer this issue showing. now i am using mini fan during charging or non using tym kept it near to cool using powerbank. desi jugaad. 3 more years i have to use . i will try. and this issue solve slowly via updates . prev year same thing happened to me. as i talked all users reported these. i have all latest system and security updates and apps.
