Having difficulties in making and receiving calls

I'm using an A53 5G and lately, I can't make or receive calls. If o try to call someone it just ends the call abruptly and if someone tries to call me it just says "Number Busy". What should I do because I tried updating the software and resetting network settings but to no avail.

Is this happening after the update to one ui7?

Im having the same issue on A32 4g tried resetting it couple of times andd it ain't working
