Hi,

I bought Galaxy A5 2017 recently. I have been using it for few days but am unable to find any options/settings to enable haptic feedback on the capacitive buttons(back and multitasking buttons). Also the samsung keyboard on the phone doesn't have vibration on typing.
These 2 features are available on my older phone - Galaxy S4

Is there a way to enable haptic feedback on the A5 2017 ?

I searched the entire settings but still couldn't find these. These options are available in the other galaxy models and even in the older ones, that's why i am puzzled that these aren't available on this model.

Thanks for being with Samsung and sharing your concern. Kindly follow the given steps for overcome issue: Navigate to Apps > message > compose > new message > keyboard > hit on setting icon > setting > Customisation > key – tap feedback > Vibration > Enable.

Pls provide the haptic feed back for key inputs. Also need feedback or acknowledgement with vibration when fingerprint authentication fails.
