If you have little money for subscriptions, you could download an app which protects your phone from unnecessary ads. Or use ad guard, it's what I use.

I had the same problem. I searched "reset" in my settings and selected RESET ALL SETTINGS. It should solve your problem, Good luck🙏

You need to uninstall apps that show ads despite you not running them.
