I'm extremely sorry to hear that you're experiencing this issue with green lines on your Samsung Galaxy A75 5G display, especially after the February security patch update. I understand your frustration, and I want to assure you that I'll do my best to assist you.

I understand how frustrating this is, especially since this has happened over several updates. Here's what I recommend:

Contact Samsung Support Immediately:

Use the Samsung Members app on your phone to report the issue. This allows you to send diagnostic information and logs directly to Samsung. Go to the "Support" section and choose "Error reports."

Visit the Samsung support website for your region and find the contact information for phone support or live chat.

If there's a Samsung service center near you, consider visiting them in person.

Gather Documentation:

Take clear photos of the green lines on your display.

Note down the dates when each green line appeared.

If you have any previous communication with Samsung about this issue, gather that information as well.

When you contact Samsung Support, clearly explain the following:

You have a Samsung Galaxy A75 5G.

You've experienced green lines appearing on your display after software updates.

The first line appeared after the November update, and now you have a total of three lines after the February update.

You've already tried troubleshooting steps (if you have).

You're requesting a repair or replacement of the display due to this issue.

Escalate If Necessary:

If you're not satisfied with the initial response from Samsung Support, don't hesitate to escalate the issue to a higher level.

Be polite but persistent in your communication.

I understand that this is a frustrating situation, and I want to assure you that I'm here to help you navigate the process. Please let me know if you encounter any difficulties or if you have any further questions.
