If anyone had this problem please comment below. My galaxy a70 got formatted, even my sd card 32gb got formatted. Even if i had pin and fingerprint lock, my phone got reseted and sd card also got formatted while it was in my pocket. I've got a feeling of my phone getting heated. So when i removed it from my pocket it is in samsung screen after it turned on, it was fully formatted.
Hi there, device won't get formatted by its own. Somebody may have triggered a reset with either your Samsung ID or Google ID. Device can be also reset using antivirus apps which offers a remote wipe. In all these cases, somebody should have your ID and password.
If you have turned on Auto factory reset in secure lock settings, your device will reset automatically if a password or biometrics is entered 15 times. If accidental touch protection is turned off, there is a possibility for the device to respond to the touches while its in your pocket and may have entered some random letters as password which may have triggered this reset.
That must be the case, touch protection turned off and got typed incorrect password maybe. Because to the sd card also to be formatted it must be the case.
