After ONE UI 5.0 (android 13) update my galaxy a71 device call recording feature doesn't work!

If you are using wifi calling then it won't work, turn it off and try

It shows - Failed to play voicemail

Check all permissions of phone app settings (media and sound)

settings>apps>phone app>grant all permissions
