Galaxy a21s not charging

Need some help. My Samsung Galaxy A21s not charging. Cam anyone offer some help please.

Please perform a soft reset of your device.

Press and hold the power and volume down buttons for about 10 seconds.

*The device may take a screenshot, however keep holding the buttons for a few more seconds.

if that doesnt work make sure your phone is off and press the power button with the volume up button at the same time. and then right after that put your charger in, and setting should pop up, you've probably never seen these setting but yes, leave your phone on it without touching anything for about 15 minutes and then just press the power button and wait...... your phone will start up and will be charging

We would not advise on this form of factory reset as it damages the software of the device. In most cases embedded apps may not work after this type of reset. It is advisable to take the device to the service center for further assessment if the issue still persists.

got same problem with my a20 not charging what can I do tried the reset which didn't work any assistance? only charges with pc
