Hi hope you all are well , my sons phone seems to have a problem with charging and a USB connection, the USB connection reading continuously pops up throughout the day after every 2 seconds or so , and 

And then it shows cable connector issues when trying to charge , but his charger is in good condition, I've factory reset his phone twice hoping that would solve the problem but no luck it doesn't seem to wanna let do a hard reset either , Does anyone know how to fix this ?

I recommend cleaning out the USB port on the phone and running the diagnostics on the phone

I did that , but it remains the same

It could be that the usb port on the phone itself is maybe damaged.

They also gain access services as find my mobile, Samsung find and other tracking methods of the victim. Therefore it should compulsory for app developers to be compelled by device providers such as Samsung to create security methods to identify the fraudsters in order to give there customers of devices and account users access to justice.
