Guys I need help with my galaxy 13 4G..I keep getting notifications saying USB CONNECTOR CONNECTED,USB CONNECTOR DISCONNECTED...all day long to the point whr my screen doesn't turn off whn I try to...

Try Restarting your Device


Or Check for Software Updates

Go to Settings > Software Update

Or Boot in Safe Mode.Turn off the phone. Press and hold the Power button until the Samsung logo appears, then release the Power button and hold the Volume Down button. The phone will boot in Safe Mode (it will say "Safe Mode" in the corner).Check if the issue persists. If it's stops a 3rd app will be the one causing glitches


Or Reset All Settings
Go to Settings > General Management > Reset > Reset All Settings.This won't delete your data but will reset system settings to default.

Have you tried factory data resetting ? You have to backup ur important staff somewhere

My sons phone has this problem we've tried everything & it still persists to the extent his phone didn't charge at all & when it did charge it takes all day to charge fully , I tried rebooting , software updates , debugging, factory reset , nothing worked
