A7 2018 already got its 2 major OS updates so it won't get Android 11.

Samsung promised only 2 major OS updates for its midrange devices.

A7 2018 is a very good phone. My friend is also using this phone since first launch. But unfortunately it will not getting any major os updates because it already completed its 2 year updates criteria. It only further gets security updates.
