📢 RAISE YOUR VOICE! MAKE IT TREND! If we don’t speak up, they won’t fix a section.
I paid ₹40,000 for the 12GB RAM + 256GB ROM variant of the Galaxy A54, yet here’s what I got:
1. OVERHEATING ISSUES 🔥 The phone gets hot even with decent use. This affects performance, comfort, and battery health.
2. POOR PERFORMANCE, NO AI FEATURES 💥 Lags and jitters across animations. AI-based features are almost unusable or missing, despite the high price.
3. NO CAMERA UPGRADE—FEELS LIKE A BUDGET PHONE 📷 Camera quality is similar to a ₹20,000 phone. Changes in lighting ruin shots.
4. BATTERY DRAIN ISSUES ❗🪫 Even in standby, it loses a lot of charge. Optimization is needed to make it last longer.
5. NO FULL CHARGE ⚡ The phone refuses to fully charge. At most, it reaches 97–98%. This should be fixed ASAP.
6. NO DAILY DATA USAGE TRACKING 📊 Even ₹7K phones offer clear mobile & Wi-Fi data usage stats. A54 lacks this basic feature.
7. ONE UI 7 STILL NOT AVAILABLE ❌ We paid for the latest software, right? Why this delay for a phone still running One UI 6?
8. NO SAMSUNG DEX SUPPORT 🧑 💻 Despite paying a premium, DeX is missing. This is in-pro feature and reduces value.
9. BASIC 5G EXPERIENCE 🌐 No automatic 5G band selection; needs to be set manually. It should auto-select best.
10. BLOATWARE APP NOTIFICATIONS 🚫 The phone keeps sending notifications to install unnecessary apps (App Cloud). This is annoying, especially on a premium device.
11. NO SOFTWARE OPTIMIZATION FOR BATTERY 🔋 If heating up is the problem, at least optimize software to improve power efficiency.
12. POOR UPDATE POLICY VS CHEAPER PHONES 💔 In comparison, iPhones like Galaxy F05 (₹9K) get 4 years of updates. The A54 should get at least 6–7 years for its price.
For ₹40,000, users expect:
Smooth performance Thermal management Intelligent features No bloatware or forced ads Industry-leading UI + Low bloat Flagship camera support Zero hardware issues
My Message to Samsung Please stop promoting entry-level S Series. If you're pricing the A Series close to flagship levels, then deliver flagship-grade features too.
I truly respect Samsung. But if this continues, this product series is a scam! Let’s give more value for the same price.
