Hello, I am using Samsung Galaxy A52 phone. 8-10 days ago I had started facing issues that In screen bottom area sometimes shows a notification "Network not available. Default Remote config activated" but my Network is perfectly working and Single strength is excellent in my area. When I asked about that issue to customer care they diagnosis my data and told that everything is working perfectly no issues found but I still facing that issue. I can't go to service center every month I am facing different types of small issues every month. The Customer care suggest to go service center but no one wants to go service center every month. In service center they just reset my phone I have to take backup of my phone evry time. No one want that type of such problem every month. when I am paying for product I expect the best quality product but I feel like I am using cheap quality phone is that Samsung or Cheap quality Chinese phone?? I request to solve this issue ASAP.

Samsung A52S is a sub standard phone. Very basic thing for any phone is to recover from no signal condition when it comes to good signal area. How ever, this phone doesn't recover signal automatically and it requires reboot [at times, multiple times] to recover signal. Don't expect for Samsung like brand to have this kind of issues prevailing for years of SW update. This raises serious doubts on Samsung's quality of experience of non-flagship models. Worst part is the waste of time going to customer care. They have no clue and there is no accountability of the issue from any where.
