Galaxy A51 auto restart problem

What is the solution for auto restart issue of Samsung Galaxy A51? Should I changed the motherboard? After changing it my phone will be ok or not?

I know. Maine dekha. Magar service centre wale bon rahe hain ke motherboard change karwalo. Change karne ke baad problem nehi hoga iski kya guarantee hai??

The only solution is to change the motherboard as your device's processor is Exynos 9611. However, it is not guaranteed that after changing the motherboard the issue won't occur, as many people did face the issue but over a longer run like after 6 months or a year.

If your device available for exchange, I would recommend to upgrade your device to a non-samsung phone. Color OS and Funtouch OS are very stable nowadays. You can look for Motorola too.

But exchange rate is only 6000. And I'm aware of my data privacy. Will they be able to recover my data after exchanging the phone?

Mera toh 1st love Nokia hai. Magar woh accha nehi tha isliye Samsung liya. Magar iske baad kabhi nehi. 22500 rs ka phone hai. 1yr 4 months hua hai bash. Motherboard change karne ka risk loo ya nehi? Firse yeh problem ho sakta hai kya?
