Galaxy AHello,
I have the Galaxy A50 which I bought a bit more than a year ago. Today it shutdown, saying it's "overheated", even though I didn't use it and it didn't run anything heavy in the background. Now, without being connected to the charger, it does not turn on (Pressing the power button and the volume down button does not work either). If I connect it to the charger and try to power it, it displays the "overheated" logo and then turns off.
What I tried to do:
1. I'm using the original Samsung cable and charger. Tried to switch to another cable and another charger and it didn't work.
2. Tried to clean with a brush (without any liquids) the charger entry of both the phone, the cable and the charger itself. But it didn't work.
The phone was not dropped and didn't have interaction with water so I don't know why it happens.
How to fix this issue?
The following image shows the "overheated" logo screen which my phone is stuck: (Took this image from the internet, as I can't take a photo of mine)

Galaxy AHow do I enter safe mode? From what I see online, you need it to boot first. But as it explained in the question, it does not boot.
