How come a good company like Samsung can't provide Android 10 to best seller phone of 2019 (Galaxy A50) even after 8 months of the launch of Android 10 ?
Come on Samsung, 8 months is a long time. SHAME ON YOU!
A50 users will shift to Mi or oneplus while buying their next phone because you are cheating your loyal customers.
Samsung budget phones customers also deserve to have latest software on their phones as soon as possible.
@rishi26 do you call any service provider about your network issue? they tell you about that samsung a50 has some network problem and from here all is safe and sound. the problem can be also determined by selecting manual mode when device is searching network continuously and this is major drawback of device. although it demonstrate the list of network sometime later, the process is time taking so it is useless. From this point of view reception is not so good. that's why device loses it connection when network shifts. some minor modification can help but it will not resolve completely because of physical characteristics. I am on android pie and when user wants to download anything from playstore then OS must has understanding to disable optimization because it is users choice not the applications choice. It seems like user is working on application and Os stops the application because of battery optimization. Automatic update can be halted by OS which is good for optimization but when it hinders the users promt then this is not good. Disabling the fingerprint optimization has some improvements over enabling it. Again , this is not good for user. How many times a user's stuck on these setting by disabling it and enabling it. If someone don't know about optimization then? so overall they must reduce their large production and spend times for Research and development because user are facing problem and they don't have any clue.
