Galaxy A50 VoLTE Problem.

Hi i am Anurag. and it's been a year i am using my samsung galaxy a50 smartphone. it is a very good phone but from last few days after getting August 2020 security patch update the update brings a bug with it. My phone calls, text meessages, internet browsing do not work if i turn on VoLTE option in my phone after 2-3 minutes it automatically jams all the services calls, sms, internet. and now i am using my phone without it i can't use internet while calling. many people also says that your phone is not reachable i dont know whats going on i hope samsung will fix this issue in the next update.

do these settings and lets see
go to settings >general Management >reset>reset network >restart your device then check

if still problem persists then wipe cache partition may it help you

Steps to perform.
1) Turn off the device.
2) Press and hold the Volume Up key and the spower button.
3) When the Android logo displays, release all keys.
4) Press the Volume down key to navigate and select "Wipe cache partition".
5) Press Power key to select. When the wipe cache partition is complete, Select Reboot System.
6) Press the Power key to restart the device.

then you have to contact customer care by call/WhatsApp or visit service centre

i called them today and they also said me all these troubleshooting steps same which u told me. so nothing diffrent.

your problem is network not phone

no i have used my sim card in other phone its working fine its phone problem volte problem. if u switch off volte phone works fine.
