Purchased this phone on October and updated on December 31st. Before the update, battery life was great that by the end of the day it would still have 70 or 60% (Heavy youtube/Instagram/discord usage). After the update the drain got so bad that it drains 1% every 7-10 minutes and it's becoming very frustrating. Even the overnight drain is so bad it eats up 3 or 4 percent. Power saving and limiting CPU and the battery charge to 85% did nothing.
Note that it was never like this before I updated. Am I the only one facing this issue? I tried everything ranging from restricting apps, turning off 5G and other features to a whole factory reset and the problem still persists.
Use official charger. And set your display setting to screen side on 2nd position and font is also on 2nd. And not to low battery too much charge it when available on percentage 30
