Galaxy A

I have a problem playing music on my Blue Tooth Hands Free System in my Mitsubishi Triton 2017. The Audio comes out in small Bursts or not at all. When I speak on the hands free phone system, I sound like a Robot. I see there are 47 other people with similar Audio Problems.

I had a S7 and a A11 which worked (still working as I tested them) perfect.

Is there a fix for this as yet, very frustrating.

Hi Members_mhDriFG

Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

Clear the data of the 'Bluetooth Share' app and the 'Bluetooth Test' app.

The Bluetooth Share app may appear as 'Bluetooth' depending on your device's operating system.

To clear an app's data:

1. From the home screen, swipe either up or down to access apps.
2. Select Settings.
3. Select Apps.
4. Select the sort by icon next to 'Your apps'.
5. Select the switch next to 'Show system apps' and select OK.
6. Select the app you'd like to clear.
7. Select Storage.
8. Select Clear data.

Turn your device off for 20 seconds, and then turn it back on then pair the device again
