Aa I checked ur device is not much older; launched in sept 2022, so u may get 1UI6.1. Typically samsung push update 2-3 yrs for budget devices so don't worry u devices fall under 2 yrs as of now.
Nd for font it's ture we have not much more options to change our galaxy font in free of cost but there is an alternative download desired font as u want (u may use website or a apps named Zfont) once the font is downloaded in .ttf formate. Use Zfont apps to setup; follow screen instructions u need to download one more apps "simple file".
These r not so tough step just follow scree instructions nd that's it 🫡.
