Fingerprint not working

I can't use fingerprint on my phone anymore. I tried removing and then re-adding the fingerprint again but it only stops at 16%. Anyone who can help me with this?

Yes i folowed he instructions, it gets stuck on 16% every time

I just found out it's a common issue, even the A16 Fingerprint don't work
