Fingerprint not working

a week ago
I can't use fingerprint on my phone anymore. I tried removing and then re-adding the fingerprint again but it only stops at 16%. Anyone who can help me with this?

When I charge my phone using the fast charging setting, the battery power runs out more quickly than when I disable that feature. Is that normal?
