Fingerprint doesn't match

Hi all. On my a33 I set the fingerprint and it worked now it says fingerprint doesn't match. How can it be if it's my fingerprint

Sometimes you'd have to place it in such a way that it will unlock. Otherwise run a diagnostic test on the fingerprint sensor and see what happens

It says couldn't authenticate. I don't understand that it reads my finger when I regret it. It goes all the way to 100%

I mean register not regret

Try registering the same finger twice. It's a nice trick to improve accuracy

Stick says the same. Fingerprint doesn't match. What could it be

Did you get the 6.1 update?

It could be the update, has it been working even after the update or this has been going on for a while?

After the update It worked for a few times then did the same
