Fingerprint A21s

Hello

I am having issues with my fingerprint scanner, it does not work anymore. I didn't drop the phone or interrupted any major update and it was released May 2020. It displays the message "Fingerprint sensor not working, try again or restart phone"

The problem occurred when the phone was running Android Q with One UI 2.5. I updated it to Android 11 with One UI 3.1 but the problem still persists. 

Can someone please assist me.

A21s does not have android 11 yet the problem is the software update it has bugs try removing it and being on 10 till the original is out.
