File transfer

I need a help, my device (Galaxy A10s) can't transfer files or be detected from the Windows 10 laptop. It could be computer USB drivers but issue occurred after pin charger repair.

Try changing the cable.

Note that some cables are for charging only and some for charging and data transfer.

Use the cable provided in your phone box if you still have it.
