I purchased Samsung A03(S) handset on 30th March 2022.Right from the first day,when I make a whatsapp call, the receiver gets annoying sounds in his handset.Communication thru whatsapp is highly difficult because of this.This annoying phenomenon is absent in normal calls. Software updated on 10th of this month by your service center in Hyderabad, but no change in the situation. Another handset bought on the same day from the same outlet is working fine in the same house with the same service-provider. I strongly feel that my handset is defective and so ask for replacement of the same since it is within the warranty period. An early settlement of this will be highly appreciated.
