If you haven't already, do this so the developers can find the problem to fix.
Samsung members > support tab > scroll down then tap Send feedback > Tap the send button in the bottom right > Tap error report > Type issue and send > Do not leave the app until it says logs were sent successfully
It sends the logs to developers but they are not the ones who respond, you will get a support person responding who doesn't have access to the logs. (They told me)
As long as the logs are sent you'll just have to wait and see if they fix it in the next update
