Galaxy AA lot of people on 4GB devices are having this issue where the game is closing in the foreground.
It is likely because the previous OS version only required 4 gigabytes for the full experience, but the newest software now requires 6 gigabytes. This means 4 gigabyte devices are now running a more limited system version, leaving much less memory for your games
You can try a few things, please:
1. Optimize RAM Plus
Go to Settings > Device Care > Memory > RAM Plus.
If it is set to 4GB or higher, try lowering it to 2GB, or turning it OFF entirely. Sometimes, this can reduce stuttering because the phone stops trying to move game data to the slower virtual memory.
2. Try lowering graphics settings in games if you haven't already tried this.
3. Clear the Cache Partition.
>Turn off your phone.
>Connect it to a PC via USB cable (this is required for the menu to appear on newer Samsung models).
>Press and hold Volume Up + Power until the Samsung logo appears.
>Use volume keys to highlight Wipe Cache Partition and Power to select.
>Select Repair Apps from that same menu afterward.
Let me know if that clears it up!
