Fast Charging not working

My fast charging is working like normal charging. I rest my phone today but its not working. Its work like a normal charge.

It's not the problem of your device...its happening because the device has a huge battery(4000mah) and 15W charging is not fast enough for the phone...That's y it feels slow

so what's the difference between fast charge and normal charge. In one hour it's charges 45%
