FM frequency Issue

I am not able to connect to any FM channel in Samsung radio app from my galaxy A30. There is frequency issue.

From same place, over another handset, I am not facing any issue.

What would be the issue?

do these settings and them try
go to settings >apps > search in search bar "radio"
then click on it
and go to storage >clear cache and clear data then check
