Now we all A series user want "Expert Raw Camera" in our mobile. How many users satisfied my concern

It requires a telephoto lens. Also not all mid rangers can have all features. Samsung has launched S series phone for that

I don't wan't nothing just extend the shutter speed to 30s in normal pro mode for all phones, cause xiaomi and other brand low end phones have 30s min shutter. So why not samsung?
