Editing photo option not working

When editing any photo on gallery it showing this message......" To use this feature,you need to allow permission in settings"

Plse help to solve this problem...

Bro, go to settings>applications>click at 3 dots>select show system apps>scroll down to photo editor>select it>grant all permissions
or
just go to gallery>app info gallery>here deny storage permission and again grant all permissions
