Dual message issue in image sending & receivjng

I recently buy A52s but from beginning  I face issue in dual messenger ( whats app ) . I can't send images videos  to any one or not receiving plz help me to solved this on urgent basis

Friend I do use the same model please call samsung customer care services and request them to get it done for you they will do it

Clearing the app cache is kind of like a cleanse for your apps. It will get rid of residual files that could be slowing down the app.
