Dual Sim function lost.

My A10s requested that I do a system update, so I did. Now it doesn't make use of the dual sim function I bought it for. Please help

Please reset your network settings:  settings>> general management>> reset >> reset network settings.

Then please perform a soft reset of your device.

Press and hold the power and volume down buttons for about 10 seconds.

*The device may take a screenshot, however keep holding the buttons for a few more seconds.
