Does Galaxy a52s have a proximity sensor issue

Hi guys, does galaxy a52s has a virtual proximity sensor or did anyone also facing a bit problem in proximity sensor. Many time it does not recognize whether the phone is still in pocket or not. I already turned on pocket protection mode but after taking out from the pocket many times it doesn't recognize and still showing in the locked form.

I am unable to find correct info in web. You can check it yourself with *#01*#. If it has virtual it will be mentioned.

Virtual based sensor is not effective. It relies on touch screen area contact , were as a standalone sensor works when any object moves close to it.
