After the 6.1 update, my phone's display developed a green line. I reported it to Samsung customer care, and they advised me to create a job sheet for the display issue. When I went to the Samsung service center and called customer care, they told me it wasn't their responsibility and suggested I buy a new display. This has been a frustrating experience with Samsung customer care.
