In my A70s today I face an issue in display ..
By powering on my phone, by bottom side of display was not working I tried  to change my navigation bar to button order but that was also not working 
By opening any app my top side screen was also not working I thought it was a hanging issue 
By restarting my phone that issue is now solved... 
!!!!!
I wish this should not be done again ...

Please perform the below mentioned steps to resolve the issue:

 

1. Check device in Safe Mode.
a. Press and hold the Power key, when Power off icon appears.
b. Press and hold the power off icon.
To exit safe mode just restart your device.
