You will also lose region specific features like Caller ID and spam protection, call recording, GoodLock etc. You will also not have access to the Indian Galaxy Apps Store (Never tried the international Edition but I think it gives you better search results, etc., and not adv instead of your search result.) or you might still get it on inserting an Indian SIM card.
