Delete option for sms from notification

Delete option for all sms doesn't appear in notification. It appears only for certain sms from my bank or mobile operator. For example, sms from mobile operator reminding me that I missed calls from a certain number doesn't show delete option in notification. It's quite frustrating. I think this happens to all sms received in sim 1. For sim 2 it shows delete option. Can samsung update the app to get rid of this annoying bug?

Hi, I think the action buttons are generated automatically based on the sms content. Any way just verify that notification settings are set similar for both sim cards.
(Settings>Notifications>Messages >New messages. See whether they are set same for both sim cards).

Thanks for your reply. I checked, and yes they were both same. However, i feel delete option should be there for all messages. Is there a way I can let the app developers know about it?

You may send an error report for that. Click '+' button from Samsung members homescreen. You can also ask questions through a 'text-chat'. Thank you.

Hi, I just noticed that it's not a sim based issue. Please see attached screenshots. Both are from sim 1, one shows delete option whereas the other doesn't.

Its actually frustrating to not find delete button in notifications for certain kind of messages

I totally agree, the option to delete SMS is great, but then is frustrating that only shows for some messages. Please allow us to turn this on for all SMS messages
