Choosing of Colours in Dark Mode in One UI 4.0

Can we choose colour scheme for our noticfication icons and other things in dark mode. As it shows only blue colour in One Ui 3.1. Do we change it in One UI 4.0..?

Download Samsung's official app Good Lock > open Theme Park module ( download it first ) > click "Quick panel" below > make your own quick panel with the colour of your choice

I don't know about UI 4.0 but this same colour is missing in UI 6.0
