Hey guys, my A30s recently stopped fast charging for no apparent reason, anybody else faced a similar problem?

Please perform a soft reset of your device.

Press and hold the power and volume down buttons for about 10 seconds.

*The device may take a screenshot, however keep holding the buttons for a few more seconds.

I think this worked sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't.

Hi furnace,make sure you are using samsung original fast charger and the original cable. Also refer to my screen shot to see if your fast charging settings are enabled

Already using the charger that came in the box, and Fast charging is toggled on

It has been months now mine stopped fast charging. Tried everything and I ended up giving up
